We are obliged to charge the purchaser a deposit of €7,50, if no old battery is returned. A refund is provided for a battery, if a battery is returned to a recycling center or else. To this you will receive a form, along with the shipment of the battery, which has to be signed and stamped.
EU Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 has been in force since February 1st, 2021 and restricts the sale of various hazardous substances such as battery acid.
This means that selling separate packs of sulfuric acid to private individuals is prohibited.
Sulfuric acid found in an article is not affected by the regulation.
We can fill the batteries for you when you pick them up.
Shipping filled batteries is not possible!
